The "Ultra Solid Reactor," a high-speed reaction solidification device for sludge, is capable of effectively handling not only sludge treatment but also the insolubilization of heavy metals in construction-generated soil and the decomposition of dioxins. In general construction machinery mixers, the contact time between the treated material and the insolubilization agent is short, which can reduce the insolubilization effect. The Ultra Solid Reactor can set the stirring time to at least one and a half minutes, allowing for better mixing and higher insolubilization efficiency.
